The West University Place City Council will meet Monday evening in a workshop session before the regular scheduled meeting.
The council will gather at 5:45 p.m. for the workshop, where City Manager Michael Ross and Human Resources Director Wendy Standorf will brief the council about matters relating to the city’s health insurance plan.
During the regular session at 6:30 p.m., Assistant City Manager Chris Peifer will brief the council on a $1.9 million contract with Aqua Metric Sales Co., for services to provide automatic water metering services to the city. Peifer also will ask the council’s approval for an $86,285 contract with HDR Engineering for engineering and design services related to the Ruskin Street project.
Both meetings will be held at the Municipal Building at 3800 University Blvd.
