An officer was dispatched to the Harris County Jail to pick up a prisoner with outstanding warrants through the West University Place Police Department. The suspect was picked up and transported to the West University Place Jail where she was booked without incident.
At 10:02 pm, an officer was dispatched to the 2600 block of Wroxton in regards to telephone harassment. After further investigation, it was discovered that the reportee was receiving deceptive correspondence, from an unknown person(s), claiming to be a recruiter for secret shoppers.

Fail to ID
At 1:55 pm, an officer, observed a 4 door vehicle traveling eastbound in the 4200 block Bissonnet with no front plate and an obscured rear plate. The diver provided the officer with a Texas ID card that not match the driver of the vehicle. After further investigation the driver Texas Driver’s License was located inside the vehicle. The driver was subsequently arrested for fail to id.
Burglary of motor vehicle
At 4:30 pm, an officer was dispatch to the 5300 block of Buffalo Speedway in regard to a burglary of a motor vehicle that already occurred. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the victim who stated that on 11/25/13 between the time frame of 4:15 p.m. and 4:18 p.m. an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the passenger side window and took an item without consent.
West University Police took custody of a subject being held by University of Houston Police for active West University warrants. The subject was transferred at the West University Police jail where he was booked accordingly.
