Lanier Middle School’s Kayley Hoag and Nikki Foreman were the winners in the Children Museum of Houston’s Young Inventors Showcase with their invention, “Burn B Gone.” The Burn B Gone prevents burns on the ears or forehead when curling or flat-ironing hair. They made their invention from ironing board cloth that was sown together to make a headband.
