Xavier School to Host Food Truck Fright Night

October 8, 2014

For one night only, fearless teens and brave adults can experience “Phobia Inside the Loop,” as Xavier Educational Academy, at 6203 Edloe, is transformed into a terrifying haunted house, with proceeds benefiting the Friends Of Xavier Scholarship Fund and the Houston Food Bank.

The Food Truck Fright Night will be held October 25, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Phobia, Houston’s premier haunted house venue, has generously donated props and manpower to help the school create this incredible event.

For the less brave, there also will be an eclectic culinary experience at the food truck rally featuring St. John’s Fire , Bare Bowls Food Truck, and the new Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt food truck. The food truck rally is free to enter and includes free entertainment by High Toned 2 and Jimmy Branham & the Experienced.

Admission to the haunted house is $20. However, participants who bring a donation for the Houston Food bank can save $8 per ticket. Just use the discount code foodbank. And, be sure to bring a donation.

Founded in 2007, Xavier Educational Academy is a full-service private school providing a personalized learning environment with a very small teacher to student ratio which offers a unique alternative to traditional educational models. Food Truck Fright Nights benefits the Friends Of Xavier Scholarship Fund, which will allow XEA to provide scholarships for low-income families who are looking for an alternative to traditional schools for their children.
