West U Resident Finds Drug Paraphernalia At Little League Fields

A West U resident found a black pouch containing drug paraphernalia at the Little League Baseball fields on April 25.

The resident turned the pouch into police on April 26.

Two Hispanic males tried to break into a vehicle in the 6200 block of Lake on April 25.

The owner of the vehicle saw the two men try to break into the car, but they fled the scene. The men did not get into the vehicle, but they did cause damage to the car. The men were last seen driving away in a silver Pontiac car.

On April 26, someone used a West U resident’s credit card to purchase an airline ticket.

On April 27, a West U resident reported to police that someone stole a firearm from their vehicle sometime during April 22 through April 26. No other items were stolen.

On April 28, a West U resident reported to police that someone withdrew cash from his bank account.

On April 30, two white juvenile males crashed into a garage by Community and Marquette and fled the scene.

On April 30, a West U resident reported that someone stole bank checks from a drawer in her kitchen and made several purchases.
