Weekend Crime: Theft, Family Violence and a Criminal Trespass
At 1635 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Quenby for an unknown emergency reported by a medical alert company. Information was updated that an unknown person was inside the residence. On arrival, the suspect had already left. It was determined that the suspect gained entry into the residence by deceiving the victim, and took property without permission.
At 2156 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 6000 block of Meyerland in order to take custody of an individual who had an arrest warrant with the City of West University Place. An officer with Stafford Police Department transferred custody of the wanted individual. The individual was then transported to the West University Place Police Department.
At 2311 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Werlein regarding a domestic disturbance in progress. Both parties involved were separated upon arrival of the officers. No charges were filed.
Failure to Identify
At 0515 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 6600 block of Buffalo Speedway in regards to a disturbance. Dispatch advised the officer there was a male subject knocking at a residence, and causing a disturbance. The suspect would not leave after being told to multiple times. The suspect was arrested and issued a criminal trespass warning.
