Crime Report: Police Arrest Homeless Man Found ‘Passed Out’ at Metro Bus Stop
Burglary of building
At 9:56 am, An officer was in the area of 3636 Rice Blvd attempting to locate a report of a suspicious person. While in the area the officer was approached by an employee from the local restaurant, Tiny Boxwood. The complainant stated, on 1/28/2013 a LCD television was taken from the restaurant storage room. This case is still under investigation and no suspects were located at this time.
At 5:34 pm, officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of Bellaire for a report of a disturbance in progress. On arrival, it was discovered that a domestic disturbance had occurred.
An officer was dispatched to the Houston Police Department southeast jail facility to pick up a prisoner in custody with West U PD warrants. The suspect was transported back to the City of West U place and booked into jail without incident.
At 12:22 am, an officer was dispatched to 1201 Commerce, The Harris County Jail, to pick up a subject with an outstanding warrants with The City of West U. The subject was placed in custody and transported to the West U jail for booking without incident.
An officer was dispatched to the Pasadena Police Department to pick up a prisoner in custody with West U pd warrants. The suspect was transported back to The City of West U and booked into jail without incident.
Outside Agency Warrant Arrest
At 11:52 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Bellaire for a report of a passed out person at the metro bus stop. The officer arrived on scene made contact with the subject and discovered the subject was homeless and had an out of state arrest warrant. The subject was arrested and transported to The Harris County Jail without incident.
