Staggering – West U valued at more than $6 Billion

The Harris County Appraisal District set the value of the real estate in the City of West University Place for 2016, and the number is a staggering $6.2 Billion. This represents about an 8% increase over 2015 values and breaks down to about $110 per-square-foot of land, and $402K per resident.

It has been reported that West University Place has the highest average per-square-foot value of any municipality in Texas.
