Queen Bee Author To Speak At St. Thomas Episcopal

Internationally acclaimed author and child expert Rosalind Wiseman will be visiting St. Thomas Episcopal School and speaking to parents on Thursday, October 1 at 7 PM.

Wiseman’s most well-known bookQueen Bees and Wannabees, released in 2002, was on the New York Times Bestseller List. The 2009 version will be available for purchase and book signing at the event. Her subsequent book, Queen Bee Moms and Kingpin Dads was released in 2006. Wiseman presently authors a monthly column for Family Circle Magazine.

In addition to her writings, Rosalind Wiseman is the founder of the “Empower Program,” which helps students, educators, parents, counselors, coaches and administrators establish communities based on the belief that each person has a responsibility to treat themselves and others with dignity.

A limited number of reserved seats will be available at no charge to members of the community on a first-come, first-served basis.
