Police Arrest Men For Public Intoxication, Urinating In Jail Cell
Woodren Clark, a 24-year-old Missouri City resident and Sean Flanagan, a 30-year-old Sugarland resident were arrested for public intoxication in the 5800 block of Lake St. on May 12.
Clark and Flanagan were parked, sitting in their vehicle on Lake Street when West U police drove by and saw the two men duck down out of the officer’s view.
The officer turned his patrol car around to check on the two males and when they were asked to step out of their vehicle, they could hardly stand up, Lt. Charlie Deily said.
The two men were brought to the West U jail, and Flanagan was charged with criminal mischief for urinating all over the floor and walls of the jail cell, Deily said.
On May 9, Linda Sullivan-Parra, a 53-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for public intoxication in the 5700 block of Buffalo Speedway.
West U police found Sullivan-Parra on the sidewalk and she was unable to keep her balance, her speech was slurred and she had a strong odor of alcohol coming from her person.
Sullivan-Parra also had seven outstanding warrants from the Houston Police Department, including failure to appear, theft of services, sit/lie down on sidewalk, place bed/mat on sidewalk and disposal of litter, said Deily.
