Houston Residents Arrested For Outstanding Warrants, Released For Time Served

A 28-year-old Houston resident was arrested on Aug. 9 for outstanding warrants with West University Place.

Desmond Portier had warrants for no driver’s license and failure to appear, police said.

He was released from jail for time served.

On Aug. 14, Christopher Spotts, a 22-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for two outstanding warrants with West U.

Spotts warrants were for driving while license invalid and failure to appear, police said.

Spotts was released from jail for time served.
