Houston Residents Arrested For Driving While License Invalid
West U police arrested a Houston resident for driving with an invalid license on June 10.
James Bodenhamer, 27, was arrested after police pulled him over for speeding, running a red light and not using his turn signal around 2 a.m. in the 3800 block of Amherst St.
Bodenhamer also turned the wrong way on a one-way street when he was pulled over.
During the traffic stop the officer found the driver to be under an administrative license revocation, or suspended license until July 10, for refusing a breathalyzer test.
The officer arrested him for driving while license invalid.
On June 10, Jason Shriner, a 29-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for no driver’s license.
Shriner was pulled over in the 6500 block of Wesleyan for going 40 mph in a 30 mph speed zone.
His license had expired in 2008 and he didn’t have a driver’s license on him.
