Houston Resident Admits To Selling Xanax, Arrested For Possession

West U Police arrested a driver and his passengers after pulling the vehicle over for not signaling and driving without headlights.

Zaire Oglesdy, a 22-year-old Houston resident, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. in the 2600 block of Robinhood for possession of a controlled substance.

Oglesdy admitted to selling Xanax and police found $124 in the vehicle, police said.

Oglesdy’s three passengers were also arrested.

Darrick Shackelford, a 36-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for public intoxication.

Jacquelyn Ortiz, a 21-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for public intoxication.

Heather Chang, a 24-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for outstanding warrants with the city of Houston.

Her warrants were for failure to appear, speeding and no insurance, police said.

Chang was transported to the Houston Police Department.
