Houston firm’s salad, sold at Kroger, is subject of nationwide recall

GH Foods SW, a Houston, establishment, is recalling approximately 515 pounds of Cobb salad products, sold in the Houston area through Kroger markets. The salads contain eggs that are the subject of a Food and Drug Administration recall due to concerns about contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.
