ELECTION DAY: West U. residents will have an opportunity to vote in an entirely new set off council members today, May 9, or could go with a mix of new and returning members. On the ballot are Phillip Bryant, Brian Hoogendam, Bob Fry, George Boehme, Chuck Guffey and Steven Segal. Current Mayor Bob Kelly is running unopposed. Polling locations will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Polling locations are as follows: Precinct 15:  St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 5308 Buffalo Speedway; Precinct 87:  Scout House, 6108 Edloe; Precinct 133:  Colonial Park, 4130 Byron; Precinct 183:  Community Building, 6104 Auden. ELECTION DAY: The unofficial results for Saturday’s West U. City Council election, including early and absentee votes, has incumbents Bob Fry and Chuck Guffey keeping their seats for another two years, and they will be joined by George Boehme and Steven Segal.Fry was the top vote-getter with 761 votes, followed by Boehme with 755 votes, Segal with 724 votes, Guffey with 708 votes, Philip Bryant with 584 votes and Brian Hoogendam with 475 votes. Mayor Bob Kelly, running unopposed, came in with 977 votes.
