Driver Leaves Without Providing Information After Backing Into Parked Car
A black Jeep or box style SUV backed into a Toytota Corolla and left the scene without leaving information.
The SUV backed into the parked Toyota in the 2700 block of Robinhood on June 13 at 8:34 p.m.
The SUV hit the parked car, leaving its bumper strip behind as evidence.
A witness down the street was able to get a part of the license plate number.
This incident is under investigation by the West U Police Deparment.

On June 17, a white two-door pickup truck backed into a car in the parking lot of Whole Foods, 4004 Bellaire, and did not leave any contact information.
The driver of the truck left a note of the windshield of the damaged car that said, “Sorry. Please call me,” but didn’t leave any contact information, Lt. Charlie Deily said.
The note was written on a Burger King receipt and police are trying to get information from the credit card number. They are also trying to get video footage from Burger King at the time of day the suspect passed through.
The West U Police Department is actively investigating this incident.
