Stolen Identity to File Tax Return 
At 11:18 pm, a police officer was dispatched to 3800 University in reference to an identity theft call. The victim stated an unknown person(s) used his personal information to file a tax return. Information was gathered and a report was generated.

Possession of Grass
At 3:11 pm, an officer observed a passenger vehicle stopped at the traffic signal southbound in the 6000 block of Buffalo Speedway with a defective brake light. A traffic stop was conducted in the 3200 block of Rice and after further investigation the driver was arrest for the offense of possession of marijuana.

Stolen Identity to Open Phone Account 
At 2:35 pm, an officer was dispatched to The West University Place Police Department in reference to a case of identity theft. The complainant stated an unknown person(s) used their personal identifying information to open a fictitious Verizon wireless cellular account.

Stolen Tables and Fountain 
An officer was dispatched to a residence located in the 3800 block of Ruskin for a report of a theft. Upon arrival the officer spoke to the complainant who stated that an unknown person(s) stole 2 tables which were in her front yard and a fountain which was in her backyard. The complainant stated that the last time she observed these items was on 05/01/2014, at 11:00 am. The complainant stated she was moving all her furniture from her residence to another residence and noticed the items missing on 05/01/2014, at 3:00pm
