Disorderly Conduct, Resident Cursing and Yelling in the Roadway
Minor Accident / Failure to stop & give information
An officer was dispatched to an accident that had already occurred. The officer was advised that the accident had occurred in the parking lot in the 5300 block of Kirby. The officer arrived and began investigating the accident. The officer was advised by witnesses that the occupants in the vehicle had fled the scene. An immediate search of the area yielded no suspects matching the description provided by witnesses. A name and address was located within the vehicle and the owner of the vehicle was located at the address. After interviewing the owner of the vehicle, the subjects involved in the accident were located at the owner’s residence. The subjects were transported back to the scene and after further investigation, the driver of the vehicle was arrested for failing to stop and give information in connection to the accident.
An officer, was dispatched to the area of Rutgers and Georgetown in reference to a known subject cursing and yelling in the roadway. It was reported that the subject yelling was a resident in the area and he was scaring the surrounding residents. Officers arrived and were unable to make contact with the suspect who retreated into his home.
