The 86th annual carnival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the front school grounds and on the streets of the 3700 block of University.

Discounted wristbands, meal tickets and confetti eggs are on sale now.  Pre-sale ends Oct. 5 with a price increase for tickets, confetti eggs and wristbands.

Some carnival favorites include dunking booth, face painting, karaoke, prizes and cotton candy. The carnival committee has added old-fashioned games including a fishing pond, Pitch Till You Win, 7-11, Can-Can, cross bow darts, Tip the Cat and an electronic basketball game.  The WUES Sweet Shop will sell homemade desserts and treats made by PTO volunteers.

The WUES shopping bazaar will start at 10 a.m. featuring jewelry, children’s clothing, specialized T-shirts, house decorative items, stationery, gifts, and personalized items, amongst other things.
