Dolly, after reaching Category Two hurricane status yesterday, has weakened and returned to Tropical Storm status.

Forecasters predict continued scattered rain today, clouds tomorrow, and sunny weekend with highs in the upper 90’s.

Hurricane Dolly made landfall of 20 to 25 miles north of South Padre Island on Wednesday, with maximum sustained winds of 95 to 100 miles per hour.
