Theft 

At 9:46 a.m., officers were dispatched to 4004 Bellaire, The Whole Foods Store, for a report of a theft in progress. On arrival, the officers located the individual and discovered that he concealed items in his clothing and left the store without paying for them. The subject was arrested.

Disorderly Conduct 

At 02:16 a.m., officers were on patrol in the 2600 block of Bissonnet and noticed a male urinating in public. Officers stopped and identified the male subject and took him into custody.
