Burglary of Habitation

An officer was dispatched to the 4200 block of Swarthmore in reference to a burglary of a habitation that already occurred. The officer met with the victim, who stated her computer was missing. The victim stated she had left her computer on the kitchen table on the night before and discovered it missing. The victim stated no other items are missing. There were no signs of forced entry and at this time the point of entry is unknown.

Burglary of motor vehicle

An officer was dispatched to the WUPD for a report of a burglary motor vehicle. Upon arrival the officer spoke to the victim who stated that she parked her vehicle on her driveway on 11/25/2012. On 11/28/2012, the victim approached her vehicle and noticed that her purse was stolen from her vehicle. The victim advised the officer that the doors to her vehicle were left unlocked during the time of this incident.

Burglary of Habitation

At 11:51 am, an officer was dispatched to the 4200 block of Milton, in reference to a burglary of a habitation and burglary of a motor vehicle that had already occurred. Throughout the investigation it was discovered that an unknown person made entry into the residence while the residents were sleeping and stole a television. It was also discovered that an unknown person made entry into two vehicles pertaining to the residence, but nothing was taken.

Telephone Harassment

An officer was dispatched to the office of the WUPD to meet with the reportee concerning an on-going problem of telephone harassment. Upon arrival, the officer met with the reportee who advised that someone has been making and sending harassing phone calls and emails to his home. The officer obtained the available information for the report and provided the reportee with the case number assigned to the incident.
