Crime Report: Man Exposes Himself to West U Jogger
At 11:34 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the 6400 block of Sewanee in regard to a Failure to stop & give information accident that already occurred. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the victim who stated that on 9-12-13 between 8:30a.m. And 11:30 a.m. an unidentified vehicle struck her vehicle causing damage. The victim further stated that there was no witness to the incident. After investigation it was concluded that an unknown person(s) used a sharp instrument to slash the tire. No further damage to the vehicle was observed.
At 6:23 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the area of Fairhaven and Marquette for a report of indecent exposure. The officer arrived in the area and met with the victim who stated that an unknown subject had exposed himself to the victim while she was jogging on the street. The subject drove away after the victim attempted to take a photo of the subject with her cellular phone.
At 08:58 pm, an officer was dispatched to 1025 Campbell St, The City of Spring Valley Police Station to pick up a subject who had outstanding warrants with The City of West University Place. The officer took custody of the subject and her property and transported her to The West University Place jail where she was booked in on the warrants without incident.
