Crime Report: Fuel Line Cut on Vehicle on Community Drive

Warrant Arrest

An officer was dispatched to meet with Houston Police Department at their southeast jail located on 8300 Mykawa for a warrant pick-up. The prisoner had outstanding warrants with the city of West University Place. The prisoner and all of his belongings were transported to the West University Place Police Department without incident.


Criminal Mischief

At 6:10 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the 6400 block of Community in regard to criminal mischief that had already occurred. Upon arrival, the officer met with the victim who advised that an unknown subject(s) between the time of 3:11 p.m. on 04/02/2013 to about 9:45 a.m. on 04/16/2013 had cut a the fuel line on his vehicle while it was parked in his driveway.


Driving while intoxicated

An officer observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 2800 block of University with a defective left brake light. The officer stopped the vehicle in the 6100 block of Kirby and determined that the driver was intoxicated. The driver was subsequently arrested for DWI and booked into the West University Place Police Department jail.
