Crime Report: Drunk Female Found ‘Unconscious’ on Wroxton

Warrant Arrest

At 7:54 am, an officer was dispatched to the Harris County Jail to pick up a subject with outstanding warrants out of West University Place. The subject was transported to the West University jail without incident and booked for the warrants.


Driving while license suspended

At 3:52 pm, An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 5500 block of Weslayan for expired registration on a vehicle. During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered the driver had a suspended driver’s license and no valid insurance. The driver was arrested for driving while license invalid, a class b misdemeanor. The driver also had an open assault warrant.


Public Intoxication

An officer was patrolling the 2800 block of Wroxton when he observed a suspicious vehicle illegally parked. The officer approached the vehicle and found a female sitting in the driver seat that was unconscious. The female was awakened and found to be intoxicated. The female was arrested for public intoxication as she was a danger to herself and others.



At 7:12 p.m. an officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Riley for a report of a suspicious person. The officer arrived on-scene met with the reportee who advised they observed a unknown male subject who hunched at the rear of their neighbor’s vehicle making banging noises. The reportee returned home and contacted their neighbors who discovered the rear Lexus emblem on their vehicle’s tire rim where the subject was seen was missing. A searched of the surrounding area was conducted but no subjects were located.


No crimes reported.
