Council Approves City Manager’s Raise 4-1
West U. City Council voted 4-1 Monday night to raise the salary of City Manger Michael Ross by $17,500 annually, making his salary $169,000 per year. Councilman Michael Talianchich voted against the raise.
According to a compensation study by The Waters Group, the raise puts the city manager’s salary near par with comparable cities in Texas. Ross has received a raise annually during his six years as city manager.
