CMH Presents The 21st Annual Young Inventors Showcase

Children from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade will compete to show off their creativity — inventions of household materials—to judges from the fields of engineering and inventing on May 30 at the Children’s Museum, 1500 Binz, during the 21st Annual Young Inventors Showcase Competition.yis_lowres2
The Inventors Showcase Competition is scheduled for 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Kid’s Hall, judging from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and ‘appearance’ by Albert Einstein 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and final judging: 1 – 2 p.m. The awards ceremony will take place from 2:30-3 p.m. in the Brown Auditorium. The grand prize is a fully-paid patent application.

The event is included with general museum admission: $7 per person and $6 for seniors 65+. Children under one and Museum Members receive free admission. For more information, visit or call 713-522-1138.
