Church Women Aid Haiti Victims With Health Kits

In response to the Earthquake in Haiti, the United Methodist Women, a group at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, is making health kits to be distributed through the United Methodist Committee on Relief. The kits provide basic necessities to people who have been forced to leave their homes because of human conflict or natural disaster. Health kits are also used as learning tools in personal hygiene, literacy, nutrition and cooking classes.
