11:11 a.m. Officer met with the victim who stated on 10-19-12, unknown persons used his personal identifiers to cash a check at Ace Cash Express.

10:16 p.m., 3800 block Villanova. Fake ID.

Traffic Violations

12:55 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle in the 3800 block of Oberlin with expired registration. The driver could provide no form of identification and was arrested for traffic offenses.

Public Intoxication

2:06 a.m. 6300 block Buffalo Speedway.  Report of unknown subject standing on front porch of residence, talking and knocking on the door. The officer arrived in the area and observed a male subject stumbling down the sidewalk. The subject as identified and arrested for public intoxication.

Theft

12:46 p.m., 3800 University. Theft that had already occurred. The victim stated his son forgot his cellular phone at the playground behind West University Elementary. Upon returning to look for the phone, three witnesses stated that phone had been taken by a group of teenagers.

Warrant Transport

7:38 p.m. An officer was dispatched to pick up a prisoner in custody at the HPD Southeast Jail located at 8300 Mykawa. The suspect had WUPD warrants and was transported back to West University Place where he was booked into jail without incident.

Criminal Mischief

12:20 p.m. Victim said that on Friday, 2-22-13, she parked her vehicle in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Bissonnet and the vehicle was damaged while it was parked there.

Fail to Stop and Give Information

5:57 p.m. 3100 block University. Minor accident. While responding, the officer was informed that the striking vehicle was fleeing the scene westbound on University Blvd. A check of the area did not locate the suspect vehicle.
