Car Break-in
At 4:30 pm, an officer was dispatched to the 4100 block of Bellaire about the break-in of a car. The victim stated she was inside the business for three minutes and when she returned she found her driver’s side window shattered. No suspects were located at this time.

Unpaid Tickets
At 4:30 am, an officer was dispatched to the intersection of 610 loop at Fannin to meet with Missouri City Police Department to pick up a subject who had outstanding warrants with the City of West University Place. The officer took custody of the subject and her property and transported her to the West University Place jail where she was booked in on the warrants without incident.

    On slow crime days, maybe WUPD should find out who the crooks are that used taxpayer funds to buy a plastic lily pad and turtle for $4,700, what they were really worth, and if the taxpayers got stung. The real heroes are the kids that brought this to our attention!!
